As a candidate for county commission in the 3rd District, it is my goal to get to know the people of Wartburg.  While on this journey it is very important that you know a little about me.  I was born November 15, 1982 in Beaumont, TX to Clayton and Pamela Francis. My dad worked construction and was in Texas for work. When I was two me and my family moved back here to Wartburg, TN. I went to school at Wartburg Central Elementary and graduated from Wartburg Central High School in 2001. I attended College at Lincoln Memorial University then moved to Ohio to be a youth pastor which is where I met my wife, Heather.  Heather and I got married and moved back to my home town here in Wartburg back in 2004 when I was hired at Morgan County Correctional Complex. I am still employed at the prison. Heather and I are blessed with 3 beautiful boys. Tommy Lee II, Ian Walker, and Elijah Heath. I am so thankful for all the blessings that have been bestowed upon us.  I look forward to getting to meet all of you and serving you on the Morgan County Commission.
